A little reassurance

We want you to feel confident creating your keepsake. If you need help, contact info@adoremade.com with your order number.

30-day returns for unopened kits

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for an unused, unopened kit in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will confirm your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

The Keepsake Promise

If a casting fails, we will replace your kit free. This promise also applies after opening and using the kit. Email your order number and tell us what happened so we can help and arrange the replacement.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue; a photo can help us understand what happened. We will work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will help where possible, but changes may not be available once an order is being processed or has shipped.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
